You can pay traffic, misdemeanor, and parking fines using this service. Payments can be made with a debit or credit card only.

Payment Details

• Court Appearance: Paying fines before the court date will waive the need to appear in court.
• Warrants: Most warrants can also be paid using this service.
• Alternative Sentencing: Use this service to pay for alternative sentencing options like Driving Safety Courses or Deferred Disposition. If you are 24 or younger at the time of your citation, a Driving Safety Course may be required.

Restrictions

• Dismissals: Do not use this service for violations you wish to have dismissed (e.g., “No Driver’s License”). Contact the Court at (806) 378-3082 for assistance.
• Juveniles: This service cannot be used to pay fines for tickets issued to individuals under 17 years of age.
• Incarcerated Individuals: Payments for individuals currently in jail cannot be processed through this service.
• Cash Bonds: Cash bonds cannot be paid using this service.

• Legal Implications: Paying through this service constitutes a guilty plea and a waiver of a jury trial. This may result in a conviction being reported to the Texas Department of Public Safety.
